In a 15-minute walking distance from Pandora's Villa in Ithaca, Greece there is a beach which is slightly known by tourists and conserves its natural beauty. This beautiful beach is called Kaminia.

The beach was traditionally and almost exclusively visited by the residents of Perachori, the old centre of Ithaca, Greece.A dirt road is leading to the beach, however, it is comfortably accessible by cars and ideal for hiking. The beach is sandy and pebbly as well. The water is super clean , full of fish, crabs and shells.

We must to confess that we spend our scorching summer afternoons in Kaminia, swimming and enjoying our dinner. :)
