Reservations and Cancellation Policy
- Rates are in Euro per Apartment per night
- Rates include VAT 6.5%
- Minimum stay is 3 days. For accommodation less than 3 days please contact us via e-mail.
- 30% of the total contract is required in order to secure your booking
- 100% of the total amount is required in case you make your booking 21 days (3 weeks) or less prior to your arrival date, in order to secure your booking.
- Should you cancel your booking, the deposit is not refundable.
- In case of cancellation during the stay, a 50% compensetion of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable by the customer
